@Dewey Finn I added an external link to a statistics page about Sequoia Hospital. The link was removed as spam, but it actually adds concrete information and care comparisons that are extremely valuable to the page (and to the decisions involved with picking a hospital). For example, the 'overall care' section of the external link page (http://www.townme.com/sequoia-hospital-redwood-city-ca-94062) provides statistics on doctor communication, nurse communication, responsiveness to requests, pain control, explanation of medication, room cleanliness, room quietness, home recovery instructions, and 'family would recommend hospital' stats. It also compares all of these factors with state-wide and nation-wide averages.
