Proposed merge with European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 2) Act 2019

The vast majority of the article — which is about the suspension of after voting to allow EU(W)(2)A to be debated — mostly duplicates the content in the latter article. Barely any mention of the Prime Minister

This article doesn't mention Boris Johnson until the 'aftermath' section, where he is only mentioned as somebody connected to Jo Johnson.
