– The naming convention WP:NCEVENTS, in a majority of cases, requires a year to be precede the "where" and the "what" of the title. In historic perspective, these two Seoul killings are not easily described without the year. It appears that this article may have been translated word-for-word without any regard for English grammar or meaning. I went over and fixed the biggest problems. I don't know why the translation was worse than Google Translate, which was more readable and paraphrased by me back into the article.
