Bribery "legal"

I changed the line that asserted that bribery is "legal under Seneca law" to "implicitly condoned." The cited article claims that bribery is "allowed" without specifying whether it is actually legal or simply ignored. I don't think that my fix is perfect, but "condoned" certainly seems more appropriate than "legal" until there is a source that specifically verifies the legality of bribery.Rugbyhelp (talk) 10:01, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
