Differences between an appeal under Section 21 of the 2007 Act and judicial review
[edit]The right to appeal an SLCC decision under Section 21 of the 2007 Act is in addition to the right to judicial review. If leave to appeal is given in the outer house of the court of session, the appeal will be heard in the inner house. The timescale to appeal is 28 days from notice of the decision. The decision of the court on an appeal is final with no further right of appeal: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2007/5/section/22 . Mjds slcc (talk) 13:24, 17 April 2024 (UTC)
