Content Organization

I think the About section is too small to be an entire section on its own, and it has very little scope for enlargement. Therefore, I propose that it be merged into other sections. Also, the list of departments should be moved to a section named "Organization", and the programme section should be renamed to Programmes/Programmes Offered/Courses/Courses Offered. The conference section should be renamed to trivia to add more such information into the same section without making the article cumbersome with different sections for every piece of information.
