I am working on adding cites to the article, The IABPFF is organized differently than individual chapters, the proposal to merge articles fails to acknowledge that if you merge this, how then does that apply to the Vulcan Society or the Stentorians? They are incorporated separately, the vulcans in 1942 and the stentorians in 1959 and thus are not the same organisations.
