Stylistic Elements
[edit]The Samadhi is a significant aspect in commemorating the high point of Sikh architectural design. The motifs that decorate the structure offer a great variety in terms of techniques and materials. They include relief work in red sandstone and white marble, frescoes, wood carvings, mirror mosaics and polychrome inlay in white marble. The imagery contains the three Hindu deities; Brahma, Shiva and Ganesha, floral motifs, chevron designs, fruits and birds. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Exciteedu (talk • contribs) 07:17, 15 July 2015 (UTC)
