Split proposal
[edit]I propose that the discography section of this page be split into its own page titled Stmpd Rcrds discography. The discography section appears to be getting too long and a good majority of the listed albums, extended plays, singles, and remixes can be reliably sourced without issue. Addition of such sources would increase the size of the article and would require a split per WP:LENGTH. Jalen D. Folf (talk) 21:08, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
Proposed changes
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
- Specific text to be added or removed: Parent Company: Sony
- Reason for the change: False information and no source. Chamber of Commerce extract for STMPD RCRDS B.V. shows Corporate Relations:
Not applicable for this registration, meaning there is no other "parent" company associated with STMPD RCRDS.
- References supporting change: https://www.kvk.nl/orderstraat/product-kiezen/?kvknummer=652771710000

- Done. My apologies to STMPD and the user claiming to be Lars for this. A different anonymous user originally added this information to the article all the way back in November 2020 appending "Martin Garrix discography" to the claim. While it is true that Garrix signed with Sony Music some time after founding the label as multiple sources have demonstrated, the evidence provided here shows that this signing does not extend to Stmpd in its entirety. Thank you for this. Jalen Folf (talk) 10:20, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
- @Mgsrlrs: It has certainly been a while since this request, but I'd like to come back to this discussion since I have something related that has seen repeated attempts on this article. Would you be able to confirm somehow that Stmpd's distributor is indeed Fuga Aggregation? I have not been able to verify the connection with reliable sources on my end. - i did find a source after multiple searches on a website's about page regarding someone that works for FUGA. and it mentions STMPD too, but whether or not a source like this is reliable is up for debate. CB (talk) 11:13, 2 June 2022 (UTC)
