More than one wife?
[edit]Does "his wife of that village" imply Rex had more than one wife, or is this just bad grammar?Royalcourtier (talk) 22:45, 13 July 2015 (UTC)

Things to be corrected or added
[edit]Hi. I've just completed the equivalent article in the French Wikipedia, with sources, which has enabled me to find there are errors or omissions in the English version. Robert Rex died on December 13th, not December 12th. He had a son, Robert Rex Junior, who was a minister in his successive governments from 1978 to 1990. His wife Patricia Rex was also an MP in his parliamentary majority. He does not appear to have been a member of the Niue People's Party; indeed, the party stood against him in the 1990 Niuean general election. And he seems to have been born in Alofi, not in Avatele. (His parents may have grown in up Avatele, but presumably his mother travelled to the capital to give birth?) Anyway, it's all in the French version of the article, with sources.
