From the article, sources and references it is difficult to see the notability criteria are being met. He is only being shown to make a minor contribution to a major game D&D. Thanks to all for their work on this, both those who thought Rob was notable and those who disagreed -- it was a very useful way for me to learn more about Wikipedia, and I think Rob's entry has improved as a result of the deletion review.
