A brand-new article since I wanted to mention him in an edit I did on the Coleman Livingston Blease article and saw there wasn't anything on Manning. When I can get Burt's book and have time, I'll flesh this out a bit. Does anyone know what has been written on Manning more recently than 1974? Bruce E Baker 23:55, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
