Some of the sources did not meet Wikipedia criteria for credibility and this needs to be fixed. I have done a few, but this article really has a marketing feel to it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexa75 (talk • contribs) 20:08, 16 March 2011 (UTC)

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV
I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:
- This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
- There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
- It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
- In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.
- This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 21:06, 26 June 2013 (UTC)
"In the event that the interest accrues to a point that the amount owed is less than the home's value the borrower may stay in the home and FHA will cover any loss to the lender or borrower."
Shouldn't that be "is greater than"?
Also, the FHA is a purely US institution, and from skimming this talk page I'm not sure the (corrected) statement is correct even within that scope.
