Solitary?

[edit]

The page currently claims, this pademelons are solitary. As far as I know, groups of females live together visited by roaming males, when one or of the females get in heat... Could someone else, please, confirm or deny? Thanks! пан Бостон-Київський 11:12, 23 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A Field Guide to the Mammals of Australia categorically states that this species of pademelon is solitary. If anyone has a reference that suggests otherwise then add to this discussion! Other pademelons, notably the Tasmanian Pademelon, are occasionally more gregarious. Frickeg 05:19, 28 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have two sources that say it is usually solitary, but may group together to feed. One source is online. [1]. --Vsion 02:53, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
