Tried to make it more NPOV but it's not there yet, I think it needs a major rewrite with citations. Also, maybe the article should be renamed "recycled material surfacing"? Or something similar that would include materials with other recycled content (like paper) and other surfacing applications (like bathroom vanities, tables, etc). Thinking about at least removing material unsourced since Aug 2009, if not attempting a rewrite. Stags303 (talk) 16:02, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
