{{better source needed}}
[edit]I think the The Prague Post is sufficient as a source, however, a part of the sentence starting with "... mortality rate from this kind of injury is around 40 percent, and that doctors couldn't have done more to save the patient ..." is copied and pasted from the source verbatim, without quotation marks. --Vejvančický (talk / contribs) 16:28, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
- I had mostly problem with the lack of direct connection between the head injury and pneumonia. Unfortunately it seems that there was no newspapermen who would take enough care to dig more into it.Cimmerian praetor (talk) 08:23, 21 June 2013 (UTC)
- I've removed the tag, as I think that the source is trustworthy and sufficient. The problem is that we cannot copy and paste someone's unaltered text and claim it is a free work. It might constitute WP:COPYVIO, even if it is only one sentence. The phrase should be reworded. --Vejvančický (talk / contribs) 09:53, 22 June 2013 (UTC)
Requested move

The result of the proposal was moved to Randy Blythe manslaughter case. I hope no one minds some BOLDness here. There's some degree of consensus for both this title and Death of Daniel Nosek, but IMO, moving to the latter would require a more extensive rewrite than I feel prepared to perform, in order to shift the focus from Blythe (and his time in court) to Nosek (and his death). But with consensus expressed for both titles, it would be appropriate for another BOLD editor to make the move to Death of Daniel Nosek if he or she is willing to follow through with the rewrite. As always, drop me a line on my talk page with any concerns. --BDD (talk) 17:54, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
Randy Blythe's manslaughter charges → Randy Blythe′s manslaughter case – There has been no announcement of the Supreme State Attorney′s office that they would plan to appeal to the Supreme Court, and hence the case is most probably over and Blythe has been finally cleared of the charges. It seems appropriate to rename the article accordingly. Relisted. BDD (talk) 18:40, 10 July 2013 (UTC) Cimmerian praetor (talk) 12:31, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Rename to Death of Daniel Nosek. Usual way of titling such articles. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:44, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
- That might work, although the article seems to be more about the court case than the death itself. Either way, the possessive form is unnecessary. I'd suggest Randy Blythe manslaughter case for the proposed title, and Randy Blythe manslaughter charges if we don't come to any sort of consensus. --BDD (talk) 18:15, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
- Death of Daniel Nosek would be actually my first choice if I had done the spin-off from the Randy Blythe article myself. I too consider it more appropriate. On the other hand, it is true that the article is more about the court case than the death itself. Moreover, I believe that most people will be expecting the issue to be connected with Blythe rather than his victim when looking for the article. Either way, I am open for both possibilities. As regards the unnecessary of possessive form, not being a native speaker, I shall humbly accept that too. Cimmerian praetor (talk) 20:44, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
- Randy Bltyhe's name should be somewhere in the title of the page, no matter the final choice. --Jax 0677 (talk) 01:13, 2 July 2013 (UTC)

- Support move to either Death of Daniel Nosek or Randy Blythe′s manslaughter case, preferably the first one. --Article editor (talk) 02:54, 13 July 2013 (UTC)
- (So far 2 votes for Death of Daniel Nosek and 2 votes for Randy Blythe manslaughter case. Could some native speaker come up with a hybrid solution that would not be too complicated?)
- Actually, there are 3 votes for Death of Daniel Nosek so far, from Necrothesp, Cimmerian praetor, and myself. I also said I preferred Death of Daniel Nosek over Randy Blythe manslaughter case, although the second title is acceptable (at least compared to the current title). --Article editor (talk) 06:00, 13 July 2013 (UTC)
