Ralph A. Ofstie
[edit]I created this article from a link located on Joy Bright Hancock. As such I was unable to remove his middle initial ("A") from the article. Does anyone know how to do this? It will make it much easier to find the article if only the first and last name is used. Bosamar 17:55, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
- If you want to move the article, just click on the "move" tab at the top of the page (the article, not this page) and follow the instructions there. Regards. PC78 19:46, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
not a Naval Flight Officer
[edit]He's pictured wearing pilot wings (single vertical anchor). The term Naval Flight Officer (according to that WP page) didn't take on its present meaning until 1966. Even if a pre-1966 source used the term Naval Flight Officer, I believe "Naval Aviator" would be better given the modern meaning of Naval Flight Officer. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.76.96.146 (talk) 20:50, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
