Is this propaganda item or Wikipedia article?!
[edit]I must complain to the tone and general content of this article.
It is biased, and even includes call for action to support arrested man in question.
I don't know anything about him, but if you read the article stating:
On 27 May, following direct orders from President Nazarbayev to fabricate a case against Dr. Rakhat Aliyev, the Presecutor General of Republic ofKazakhstan issued an international order for arrest of Rakhat Aliyev, on fabricated grounds without providing any credible or independent evidence. He was arrested in Austria on 1 June.[2] and he was released on 3 June 2007.
Support freedom of expression and democracy by writing to your country's kazakh ambassador expressing your concern at the unacceptable treatment of Dr. Rakhat Aliyev, a man who has dedicated his life to his people and country.
... one must ask himself if this is a worthy, reserved encyclopedia article.
I cite something written on the very page I am using now: "Encyclopedic content must be verifiable."
As the entire article refers to very recent events, as it is more opinions and propaganda than facts, also talking about some journalists and other internal political issues, I suggest this article to be removed from Wikipedia. It seriously damages it's credibility.

Removed from article
[edit]Removed this piece 13 June :-
- Also express your concern regarding the disappearance of a Kazakh lady journalist in March 2007 during an investigation of Kazmhys, a copper company listed in the London Stock Exchange, apparently owned by Korean busnissmen but in reality owned by a very well known Kazakh politician.
- Finally you can also express your concern regarding the closure of the KTK TV and Caravan newspaper by the Kazakh authorities, with no credible reasons, in addition to the disappearance of two journalists from KTK TV without any trace.
- In Kazakhstan journalists disappear and no one from the state owned media mentions the story. President Nazarbayev has turned against Dr. Rakhat Aliyev following 25 years of a close and co-operative relationship with Dr. Rakhat Aliyev, including 17 years of loyal and professional service by Dr. Rakhat Aliyev, whom was falsely made into an alleged international fugitive for simply calling for freedom of expression and democracy in Kazakhstan. This angered President Nazarbayev so much that he personally telephoned the Austrian Councillor, during the latter's official visit to Turkey, to request the handing over of Dr. Rakhat Aliyev to Kazakhstan; but the Austrian Councillor refused stating that Austria is a democratic country with an independent judicial system and no councillor could affect it, sadly this is, at present, not the case in Kazakhstan.

Mikoyan kidnapping sources
[edit]The "accusation" section is very poorly sourced. Especially, I did not find any English-language sources talking about Mikoyan kidnapping. Could someone provide any support for this paragraph? Cosainsé (talk) 16:43, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
