Homura transformed into Devil/Demon?
[edit]Unless anyone objects, I want to change the plot summary of Rebellion to say that Homura refers to her new role as a demon instead of the Devil. Firstly, demon is the translation that the official subtitles are using. Secondly, Madoka seems to be a god, used in the sense of a powerful being, like those in polytheistic religions, as opposed to the type of God seen in Abrahamic religions, so it seems logical that Homura would a demon, a type of being, as opposed to the Devil, a singular entity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.57.77.154 (talk) 00:40, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
- Homura calls herself "Akuma" because she sees herself as the "Being Who Defies God". In that context, "Devil" is the most accurate translation for "Akuma". Kazu-kun (talk) 21:04, 11 January 2014 (UTC)
Split for Rebellion movie
[edit]I've just stumbled across this page and was shocked to see that much information on the Rebellion movie not having its own article titled "Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Rebellion" or "Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Rebellion Story". Look guys, I know that some of you might not agree with this idea and would say that there aren't enough reliable sources for the Rebellion movie which is absolutely WRONG! It has sooo many reliable sources! Also many other anime film out there have such an article with so little reliable sources (Take a look at Kizumonogatari and Garden of Sinners, they are empty as hell) yet nobody complained 'bout it all. Hell, a box office is really necessary for the Rebellion movie. I thus formally propose that an article be created for the Rebellion movie. Thoughts or objections? I swear guys if you object then I'll do it someday with asking nobody's permissions. DarkFallenAngel (talk) 23:56, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
- Support I completely approve of this! UnknownUsername480 (talk) 00:41, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
- This is a good idea but we should wait for the other editors too. Deidaramonroe (talk) 12:16, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
- I'll support it but the article must be well written in-universe information like in another anime film like Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike.Tintor2 (talk) 14:00, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks guys! I'll do my best~ DarkFallenAngel (talk) 14:24, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
It's been 2 months, when are you going to start? Or were you just trolling/baiting? 31.203.101.149 (talk) 22:33, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- I have to agree. At least inform us if you're working on it or something. I wouldn't use the word "Baiting" tho. Deidaramonroe (talk) 18:02, 2 February 2017 (UTC)
- Seriously pal, when are you goin to start.UnknownUsername480 (talk) 17:20, 24 April 2017 (UTC)
- Support I agree that Rebellion should have its own article but I think you need to check this out WP:SPLIT. Also, this one: WP:CORRECTSPLIT. Cheers! Diogatari (talk) 18:34, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
Should we make a page for the new film, titled "Turning the Tide of Walpurgis"?
[edit]Should we create a page for the newly announced 4th movie? Hassantaleb123 (talk) 14:16, 26 April 2021 (UTC)
- I would say yes. There are already enough informations about the movie and we getting more news about it on September 14. 188.71.194.146 (talk) 23:32, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
Create page for rebellion and walpurgis rising
[edit]Please create new article for walpurgis rising and also split rebellion from this article. Both of these films are new contents and deserve to have their own articles. 188.71.194.146 (talk) 23:30, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
