Merge proposal
[edit]As both articles are about the same process, merging is the most logical solution. It would be more correct to merge articles under the name "Galoter process" as "solid heat carrier" and "Pyrolysis with solid heat carrier" are more general terms, which may to refer a number of processes [e.g. TOSCO II process, Lurgi-Ruhrgas process etc.). Also, the article about Galoter process is older and sourced, while Pyrolysis with solid heat carrier as any sources. Beagel (talk) 19:47, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
I agree with Beagel. The "Pyrolysis with solid heat carrier" article is not as general as the title suggests. Also, delete the "Process" section in "Pyrolysis with solid heat carrier" as it describes the Kiviter gas heat carrier process. Likely that section was there to explain how Galoter contrasts to previous technology but something got lost in the translation. Dirtburner (talk) 00:04, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
- Merger is completed. If you think anything important is missed, please feel free to update the article. Beagel (talk) 13:25, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
