Neutral Point of View?
[edit]The majority of the header part of this article sounds like an ad to come live in Portland. Now I love it here, but thats not the way wikipedia works. From what I can see, most of this is copied or reworded from portlandtx.com the cities official website, which is completely pro-move to Portland. Somebody needs to cut it to facts, but I don't have the time.-Giant89 01:29, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Not a suburb of Corpus Christi
[edit]Portland is a stand alone community 8 miles from Corpus Christi, across Nueces Bay. Corpus Christi lies within Nueces County, Portland is within Dan Patricio County. 75.87.71.230 (talk) 08:00, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
ok way to explain this town
[edit]i live here and love it, and the wording is good, but like the guy stating neutral point of view not the best. Tristannasaurus (talk) 15:25, 27 October 2023 (UTC)
