Some comments

I am impressed. I have never seen such a vehicle in my life (i.e. in Europe). It would be nice to have some information about distribution of these. E.g., could it be a specifically North American thing?

Also, judging from your references you can buy this kind of thing ready made. Initially that wasn't entirely clear to me as it's not stated explicitly in the article. Hans Adler 23:27, 22 November 2009 (UTC)

I think they are pretty much a North American phenomenon. POP-UP Campers are still pretty heavy (700kg for the lightest ones) so you need a 6 cylinder vehicle (Minivan, larger car, small truck) to pull one. Dingbat1967 (talk) 03:11, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Not necessarily true. I have had in the past tent trailers which I pulled quite well with only 4 cylinder engines. I even pulled one over Wolf Creek Pass in southern Colorado, and had to hold back a bit as the sedan in front of me couldn't or wouldn't go as fast as I was capable of. This was a fairly typical sized tent trailer which was capable of sleeping 6 adults. Wschart (talk) 19:56, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
