Copyright status of film

What is the copyright status of this film? I have proposed that commons:Image:Fridolf-Rhudin-Waxholm-I.jpg, a screenshot from film, be deleted from the Commons, because I do not believe it to be a free image. Of course, it could still be uploaded to Wikipedia as a fair use image. Any further clarification would be appreciated.--Pharos 01:57, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
