µSA Redefinition

Last year, OMB removed Point Pleasant/Mason County from the definition of the µSA and renamed it Gallipolis. Several articles need to be updated; I don't know whether this should be left as a "former µSA" and a new article started for the new one, or if this should be rewritten to reflect the new definition.
