Is Framework part of the name or a common noun that should be lower case in the title?
[edit]If the subject is named "Play Framework" then Framework should be capitalized in the title but since framework is not used in the article as part of the name I wonder if it should be down-cased (and perhaps put in parens since it appears then to be present only for disambiguation purposes).
