Christie Brinkley's husband

[edit]

Model Christie Brinkley has a husband named Peter Cook who is also an architect. No information I've seen in the news recently says anything about him that suggests he isn't this Peter Cook (architect). Nothing in this article says anything about the personal life of this Peter Cook. I doubt they are the same, but we need to confirm this and make it clear in this article, the Brinkley article, and Peter Cook (disambiguation). ~ Jeff Q (talk) 06:55, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Peter Cook is my friend's dad, his mother is most certainly /not/ Christie Brinkley, I know this doesn't count as proof, but it's a form of confirmation none the less. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.9.108.121 (talk)

no, this peter cook is married to an israely born names Yael Reisner, they met while he was teaching her, they have one son, named Alexander, 18 years old.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.143.65.243 (talkcontribs)

Portrait

[edit]

I added a picture of Sir Peter Cook that I found on the Russian Wikipedia's article on Archigram. The picture came from this series: [1] from which it looks like we could upload another... I'm thinking this one [2] might be better than the one now [3] but I don't know. DVD 19:30, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Professor Sir Peter Cook

[edit]

I'm not too familiar with British titles. Although per WP:MOS pre-nominals such as knighthoods are permitted, academic titles are not. Is "Professor Sir" a British thing, or is the Professor part indicating that he is a professor. If that is the case, the article should not start this way. It should be just Sir Peter Cook, followed by any applicable post-nominals other than degrees. freshacconci talktalk 02:40, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
