CorenBot flagged this article as a duplicate of [1] which is similar in content to the reference actually used [2]. Some text is similar for obvious reasons: variations of "Percy Carl Klaehn" appear several times. Also, several duplicate phrases are essentially duplicate words: "he retired from", "commander of the", "city council in", "he was elected to", "at the age of 88", "his wife helen who".
