Perceptual Robotics → Perceptual robotics –
Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term. Another article creator simply though we use title case. It's just a field of study. Tony (talk) 06:57, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
