This is referring to a campaign promise made by a Victorian Liberal Party candidate for Bentleigh's Legislative Council seat in the 2018 state election, who lost to Labor Party candidate Nick Staikos, [2] who approved the installation of more contemporary PIDs throughout walkways and on platforms of Patterson Station.
