Laine hiring Bolden & Oliver??
[edit]I undid this edit adding Buddy Bolden and Joe "King" Oliver as Laine band musicians. The edit was "sourced" in that it is referenced in a published book, but the claim at that book sounds very dubious. What is Adam Budofsky's source for making that claim? None seems to be given for the statement. It seems incredible that after all the interviews with surviving musicians and the numerous books written over the decades, this astounding information should have been entirely unknown to jazz history until Adam Budofsky published it in 2006.
