PPS or PSS

The article says "The Preventive Security Service (PPS) ..." Should that be (PSS) since those are the first letters of Preventive Security Service? There may be a good reason for the difference, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't a mistake. SchreiberBike talk 05:06, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
