Regarding to http://mreadz.com/new/index.php?id=37095&pages=5 to http://mreadz.com/new/index.php?id=37095&pages=8 the article is incorrect.

the picture in wiki page shows a PTS-2 model (small wheels). PTS-M had different (big) wheels.
the production dates are (PTS - in 1961, PTS-M - in 1965, PTS-2 - in 1973 and PTS-3 - in 1988) and the article refers to PTS-M production date
PTS and PTS-M were produced in Kryukov railway car building works (www.kvsz.com)
PTS-2 and PTS-3 were produced in Luhanskteplovoz (www.luganskteplovoz.com)
