I am a bit uncomfortable with this page. I have never heard of the term "Paddy Mail" before and it might be considered inappropriate and slang. The article itself raises more questions than it answers at present, and the single reference is to a periodical, I think, but we are not told the date of it.

Why did the first collision take place? Why did the guard of the second train fail to protect it in rear in accordance with the rules?
