There appear to be interesting differences between this English page and the Sunda language one linked in the sidebar. It would be wonderful if someone speaking both languages, and Indonesian, would update each one as needed.

There current article contains the following claim:"Thus careful attention to sanitation during oncom (and tempeh) production may not be sufficient to ensure the safety of the final product."
