Not just CIA

[edit]

Umm, we are aware that other countries use NOCs, right? This reads like a hit-piece on the CIA. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.82.55.5 (talkcontribs) 05:19, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Last I checked, the BBC television series Spooks is about MI-5, which is Britain's domestic security services, and as such should not be sending agents overseas to serve as spies as this would tread on MI-6 territory. After all, MI-6 is responsible for foreign intelligence. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.87.155.202 (talk) 08:14, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

plagiarism?

[edit]

Either this article is plagiarized from the novelist Jack King's web site, or Jack King plagiarizes from Wikipedia, since identical text appears on <http://spywriter.com/robots/noc.html> with "© Jack King". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.183.120.121 (talk) 23:35, 11 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
