Question about Bedouins FC

[edit]

Could I ask what evidence has page creator/editors that Bedouins FC were a Welsh club. I have been trying to research Bedouins. They appear to have been based in Chester and affilaited to the Cheshire FA. They were not in any league and did not play in the Welsh Cup or the Amateur Cup. They appear to have played games by invitation. They did play in the FA Cup on four occasions in the 1930s losing in the EP Rd each time. They were not one of the teams the Welsh FA nominated for the competition, none of their FA Cup games were against Welsh opposition and I can find no record of them playing any invitation game in Wales. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sanderjo (talkcontribs) 12:51, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Bedouins

[edit]

I have found a reference to Bedouins playing a football match in Wales. They played an invitation game at Rhyl on 05/11/32 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sanderjo (talkcontribs) 19:05, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have subsequently found reference to a second match Bedouins played in Wales, losing 10-1 to Newport County on 22/04/1933, the heaviest defeat in the 49 games of the club that I have found recorded.
