- 1 March 1919: disbanded
- 8 December 1939: re-formed at RAF Station Martlesham Heath
- 25 August 1945: disbanded at Twente
- 20 November 1945: re-formed again at RAF Church Fenton when 125 Squadron was rrenumbere
- 30 September 1957: disbanded after being re-numbered 33 Squadron at RAF Leeming.
- 1958 – 1962: in existence again at RAF North Coates
