== Explanation ==

This article was of pretty low quality for a couple of reasons. It needs a rewrite, and section overhaul. The references are decent, but it could probably stand some minor expansion. One of the images is almost unreadable. I do not have this or the article I graded on my talk page. I WILL not see anything added, if you need me for anything please contact me on my talk page.
