External netpath links not responding

Should we link to existing articles in WP

Should we put the WP link before or after the Netpath URL ? I guess the EGFR pathway is MAPK/ERK_pathway. TGF beta signaling pathway is there.
Tumor necrosis factor alpha covers ~ 5 pathways.
