[edit]Mexican Senate aproved a proposal for giving autonomy to this organism. However this is still an open legislative process. I deleted this section as well as the external links to the web page of the political party that promoted this proposal. It worth mentioning that I consider irrelevant to metion the political party that promoted the proposal.
Rename
[edit]Shouldn't the name of the article be "National Institute of Statistics, Geography and Data Processing" instead of "National Institute of Statistics, Geography, and Data Processing"? I think the comma after Geography is unnecessary. --Alonso 18:20, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
- You may wish to ponder the matters presented in the Serial comma article beforehand. At any rate, it appears that the article now goes by its Spanish name instead of a translation. 69.126.127.193 (talk) 00:19, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
