I'll take on this review. --Starstriker7(Talk) 05:20, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Criterion 1

[edit]

Lead

[edit]
  • "souther part of" - Well, yeah… :P
  • "The trains have also been used on the Arendal Line, the Solør Line and further north on the Nordland Line, and later on the Meråker Line." - This sentence sounds rather blocky. Can it be rephrased?
  • The inbox mentions that NSB Class 92 also serves Mittnabotåget, but I don't see any mention of it in the lead.

Specifications

[edit]
  • For several of the other articles you've written, the Specifications section has been below the History section. I won't hold you to this in terms of whether it passes GA or not, but I figured I'd note that anyways.

History

[edit]
  • "were in need of replacemwnt" - A little slip-up to fix. :)
  • "NSB described them as neither satisfying their need for economy, comfort or speed." - NSB described them as unable to satisfy demands in terms of economy, comfort or speed?
  • Wikilink Grong.
  • "has been set yet" - This could be unnecessary, but could this be better phrased as "has yet been set"?

Criterion 2

[edit]
  • Can you cite the statistics in the Specifications section and in the lead?
  • According to Google Translate's rendition of reference 1, wouldn't it make more sense to say they served coffee instead of having vending machines?
    • I speak Norwegian, and kaffeautomat means a "machine that serves coffee", which would be a simply type of vending machine. It's been a few years since I took the class (although I used to use them frequently), and I cannot remember what sort of machine it actually was. I think that prior to the upgrade it was simply a large thermos with a box to put money in, but with the upgrade it became a machine. Arsenikk (talk) 17:45, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
      • I suppose you are right, and that the vending machine is sufficient. I just kind of popped to me, the fact that the articles specified coffee; in many English-speaking countries, and especially in the United States, vending machines traditionally sell a myriad of packaged foods or bottled drinks. --Starstriker7 - public(talk) 23:58, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Criterion 3

[edit]

The article appears both appropriately focused and sufficiently broad in the context of other, similar GAs I've reviewed.

Criterion 4

[edit]

The article appears sufficiently neutral, although there doesn't really seem like a way to bias an article such as this.

Criterion 5

[edit]

The principal author of the article is Arsenikk. No stability issues present.

Criterion 6

Overall comments

Another great article, Arsenikk. Keep 'em coming. --Starstriker7(Talk) 19:51, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking the time to review the article. Sorry about the inconvenience, but I've had a lack of internet time the past two weeks or so, and I appreciate the possibility to delay the response. All has been seen to. Arsenikk (talk) 17:45, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You are most welcome, Arsenikk. I hope your vacation was enjoyable. :)
I'll pass the article in a sec. Good work! --Starstriker7 - public(talk) 00:02, 21 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
