If Amazons were Hittites then Myrine, queen of Amazons, must identified with Mursili II, king of Hatti.
Mursili's war against Arzawa is the same with Myrine's war against Atlantes.
Bibliography:
- Diodorus Siculus (III, 52-55) (for Myrine)
- Library, translated by C.H. Oldfather (1989) (only books 9-17; both Greek text and English translation)
- Ten Year Annals (years 3,4) (for Mursili II)

i really love "mursili II". he is really a very very good king in one story (of japan) i've read! with the help of "godess (goddess) of war"
- You are, of course, speaking of the manga "Red River," but we must always separate fact from fiction. 80.47.154.101 16:54, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
