Jones and Graham
[edit]Was there evidence introduced to say that Jones definitely did have sex with Graham? The article states this as a fact, but I don't know of any evidence or testimony other than Jones' to say that it was true and not merely something he invented in order to make Zamora jealous. We need to make sure there's a basis for the statement before we say that it happened, as opposed to saying that he told Zamora it happened. Lawikitejana 15:35, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
IIRC, Graham and Jones did not have sex. Jones' hymen was still intact at her autopsy. I'll try to find where I learned that information; probably off Cold Case Files or American Justice Meinterrupted (talk) 04:50, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- David Graham stated he had sex with Adrian Jones when he drove her home from a track meet in Lubbock. Testimony at his trial showed he hadn't even driven her home. Even that part of his story was proven to be a lie.TL36 (talk) 21:28, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
Added polygraph info
[edit]Saw the re-run of the dateline documentary on MSNBC and think that the text I added, while it could use editing etc. is more complete (including offering detail on Zamora's new version of events)and appropriate than the one line: "she was questioned about her failed polygraph test" that was there before>
I don't know the answer Lawikitejana not ignoring your Q. (BTW I bet you mean "other than Grahams testimony not Jones' -- right?) Khan Noonian Singh 19:29, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
Redirect "David Graham" here?
[edit]There is a link to an uncreated "David Graham (murderer)" article on the David Graham disambiguation page. Should "David Graham (murderer)" be redirected here, or should there be a separate article created? I have changed the "David Graham" links to "David Graham (murderer)" on this page & 2 Cold Case pages. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.180.152.36 (talk) 13:07, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think that David Graham is notable enough to merit his own article. If he did have an article, it would merely be a repeat of everything in this article, anyway. I think a redirect to this article is sufficient. Thanks. Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 19:27, 13 May 2015 (UTC)
Stubbed
[edit]I have stubbed this BLP due to a nearly complete lack of sources for the statements made here and a very clear lack of neutral lack of view. If anyone is interested in expanding it again, they should be careful to write neutrally and source carefully (read WP:VERIFY). Thanks. Delicious carbuncle (talk) 18:56, 6 January 2013 (UTC)
Diane Zamora - or - Murder of Adrianne Jones
[edit]It looks like this has gone back and forth as to whether it should be Diane Zamora or Murder of Adrianne Jones.
It looks like WhisperToMe moved the Diane Zamora article and talk page to Murder of Adrianne Jones here on July 20, 2016. And, on November 7, the contents of the article were replaced by a redirect by StjJackson here and the article content was copied back into the Diane Zamora article here, with no change to the talk page.
So, the article is on the Diane Zamora page, but its talk page redirects here.--CaroleHenson (talk) 09:07, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- Since this article is about three people, and centered around the Murder of Adrianne Jones, IMO the Diane Zamora article should be merged back into Murder of Adrianne Jones. This would require assistance from an administrator.--CaroleHenson (talk) 16:15, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- @WhisperToMe and StjJackson: and anyone else — Does anyone object to me requesting a technical move via {{subst:RMassist| Diane Zamora | Murder of Adrianne Jones | reason = The content of the Murder of Adrainne Jones article was copied into the Diane Zamora article, leaving a Talk:Murder of Adriane Jones talk page (i.e., the article and talk pages are now out of synch.) In addition, the article is about three people, centered around the Murder of Adrianne Jones: Adrianne Jones, Diane Zamora, and David Graham. This issue was posed on the Talk:Murder of Adriane Jones talk page}} that would:
- copy the history and content of the Diane Zamora article page --> Murder of Adrianne Jones page
- restore the redirect from the Diane Zamora article page --> Murder of Adrianne Jones page?--CaroleHenson (talk) 04:26, 24 November 2016 (UTC)

- Support proposal per CaroleHenson --Tagishsimon (talk) 04:58, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose - The proposal of CaroleHenson. Diane Zamora is much more appropriate after the improvements and expansion of the articlez--BabbaQ (talk) 17:45, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
- It seems it's a toss-up. Of the three people, I think people often remember the name Diane Zamora over anyone else's - unfortunately including the victim. So, I'll just leave the article name the way it is and work on synching up the talk page.--CaroleHenson (talk) 03:48, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
Under construction
[edit]As an FYI, the article is still under construction to:
- cite all the content
- ensure the full story is told - for instance, there are some inconsistencies in the stories/confessions that are not yet reflected on the page
- copy editing--CaroleHenson (talk) 09:18, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- Essentially done.--CaroleHenson (talk) 20:50, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
Photo of Adrianne Jones to use in this article
[edit]In https://www.dallasnews.com/news/crime/2018/07/24/need-know-teenage-love-triangle-sent-texas-cadet-killers-prison-20-years-ago it states a photo of Adrianne Jones (The one with the hairdo) was introduced into the murder trial as a piece of evidence. If I can get info on how/why it was, I can include the pic WhisperToMe (talk) 13:29, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
Connection To Selena's Killer
[edit]In a lower court complaint from 2017, Zamora alleged that in June 2015, other inmates ganged up on her and Yolanda Saldivar, the former nurse convicted in the murder of Tejano superstar Selena Quintanilla-Perez, because of their notoriety.
In the court document, Zamora said she only got along with Saldivar and not the other inmates.
