Use of primary sources

[edit]

From WP:PRIMARY (emphasis mine):

A primary source may only be used on Wikipedia to make straightforward, descriptive statements of facts that can be verified by any educated person with access to the primary source but without further, specialized knowledge.

This is exactly what this article does; in particular, it does not engage in interpretation nor synthesis. GregorB (talk) 21:39, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I think my primary concern here was that the distinction between which Croatian term translates in to "murder" is not based on the law. You'll note how the intro and the section about two forms translated as manslaughter actually differ. A proper English-language source, one that clearly marks which parts of the Kazneni zakon are about "murder", would be much better. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 16:05, 23 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress
