Added city infobox for Murrysville
[edit]I've added a city infobox. Some of the information is redundant, so it might be worth going through the article and removing it to put in the infobox. I've also uploaded the Murrysville Seal, and included it in the infobox. JSBillings 21:48, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Removing Trivia section
[edit]I think the information about the gas well and the Murrysville Sign could easily be moved to a new section about the history of the town. We should get rid of the trivia section, according to WP:TRIVIA. JSBillings 13:15, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Inaccurate
[edit]Murrysville was never a borough and this article is incorrect.
Franklin Township became the Borough of Franklin in 1973, whose boundaries are the same as present-day Murrsyville. Then in 1978, the format of government was changed to a home-rule municipality and it was renamed The Municipality of Murrysville. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.236.220.123 (talk) 02:16, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Notable residents
[edit]I removed the addition of Larry Nicolette to the notable residents, since he doesn't appear to be a notable resident (see WP:DIRECTORY). Being a CPA and on the City Council does not make one notable. -- JSBillings 20:52, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Removed cast members of Dance Moms from Notable people section
[edit]I removed cast members of Dance Moms from this section as I also did at Franklin Regional School District. They do not appear to meet criteria of notability outside of the TV series per WP:BIO. -Burpen (talk) 12:28, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
