Muirheads Inequality
[edit] Resolved
– April 2009I created this page during an unsuccessful attempt to work out which Muirhead had Muirhead's inequality named after them. If you fix that and tell me in my User:WereSpielChequers/guestbook a Barnstar awaits thee. ϢereSpellCheckers 10:50, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
- Barnstar awarded, It was Robert Franklin Muirhead ϢereSpielChequers 10:31, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

– Muirhead the place is not a WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, so the disambiguation should be moved there. Open to suggestions for the place- should it be Muirhead, Lanarkshire? Joseph2302 (talk) 19:41, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose. There's no evidence presented that Muirhead is not the primary topic. See pageviews .Station1 (talk) 21:25, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
- 37 page views is so low, that shows none of them are primary substantial topic. Joseph2302 (talk) 21:31, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
- That's a reasonable point. Low numbers like this are much less reliable indicators than larger numbers. But I think the ratio is large enough in this case that, absent other evidence, there's no reason to believe that more readers will benefit from a dab page than from the current set-up. It doesn't make a huge difference either way, though. Station1 (talk) 22:10, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
- Support, I don't think the village is especially notable, nor does it have any particular claim to primary topic. I think Muirhead, North Lanarkshire is the standard disambiguator. —Xezbeth (talk) 08:29, 25 February 2018 (UTC)
- Support Subject does not have primacy. The small precedence in page views may just as well be attributable to that being the first place people land when searching for any of the Muirhead subjects. Subject to move to Muirhead, North Lanarkshire. Shadow007 (talk) 15:09, 26 February 2018 (UTC)
- Support No clear primary topic. Muirhead, Northern Territory has a higher population. If we're counting pageviews then Eve Muirhead just peaked at almost 40,000. Certes (talk) 02:34, 2 March 2018 (UTC)
