This is just another name for cutaneous findings in sarcoidosis

Mortimer's disease ia..."A cutaneous affection marked by a number of symmetrically arranged, flat-topped sarcoid tumors of a dark reddish color, on the face and hands; they may remain indefinitely with or without ulceration..." This is from the book 'A practical medical dictionary' by Thomas Lathrop Stedman. Furthermore, in Volume 14 of Advances In Medical Information Automedica Series, authors P. Kerkhof and S. Vinkelstein state that Mortimer's disease is named after the first patient to be extensively described with cutaneous sarcoid manifestations. It goes without saying that there is absolutely no evidence or sources that verify this as a separate entity from sarcoidosis and it should therefore be placed within wikipedia's sarcoidosis page.
