[edit]I understand that there is a lot that ought to be brought from the Bruce R. McConkie article. The references should all come along with any article text which will be transplanted. Also, I realize the title of the article is a tad bit cumbersome, but I think it is the best way to be specific here. Isaac Crumm 12:19, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Mormon Doctrine (book)
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Mormon Doctrine (book)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 15:45, 26 July 2020 (UTC)
Misleading statement on McConkie's theology being removed
[edit]The statement of McConkie's theology around the African race and the Priesthood appears misleading. McConkie's statements about actions in a pre-existence influencing race and the Curse of Cain being dark skin remain in the 1978 edition as can be verified via archive.org.
