Please, Prof. Mohammed Polo won 21 trophies with with Hearts which are 6 Ghana League trophies, 4 FA Cups, 2 Champion of Champions trophies, 5 SWAG Cups , 2 Ghana Telecom Gala trophies, 1 June 4th trophy and 1 Black Stars Celebration Cup in 1978. Please verify these informations from Hearts Secretariat. Apart from the 1978 AFCON TROPHY that Prof. Mohammed Polo won with the Black Stars, he also won the West African Nations Cup in 1982,1983, 1984 and 1986.
