An email has been received at VRTS concerning some or all of the text on this page, and can be read by users with a VRTS account.
However, the message was not sufficient to confirm permission for the text. This may, among other reasons, be because there was no explicit release under a free license, or the email address that the permission came from is not associated with the location where the content was originally published. For an update on the issue, please contact the user who added this template to the page, someone else with a VRTS account, or the VRT noticeboard. If a valid permission is not provided within 30 days of the first response by a VRT volunteer, the text will be deleted. |

OTRS ticket?
[edit]An OTRS ticket has just been added to this talk page (TicketNumber=2012010910008586) confirming "permission for use of this work". However, this article has chunks of material from three separate web sources:
- https://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~gr224/PAPERS/Mobile_Financial_India.pdf Duplication Detector Report,
- http://www.mobeyforum.org/content/download/16699/175936/file/Mobile%2520payments%25202012_Innopay_v1.0.pdf Duplication Detector Report,
- http://www.ncc.org.in/download.php?f=NCC2011/1569367349.pdf Duplication Detector Report.
Does the ticket confirm permission to use all three of them? If not, which one(s) have permission? I have sought clarification at the OTRS noticeboard. Note: I suspect the rest of the article also has individual sentences copypasted from other sources in addition to the three above.

- See the OTRS noticeboard - but the short answer is that there does not seem to be a credible claim. --Errant (chat!) 12:07, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
Deletion
[edit]I rolled the content back to the Jan 3 version before what appears to be the bulk of the copyvio was added. Tanmaig (the original author from Nov 2011) has said none of the currently undeleted content is a copyvio - and it looks that way to me. If anyone spots anything else then let me know :) (sorry for deleting it outright without checking back further!) --Errant (chat!) 16:37, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
- I've just run some key phrases past Google, and I agree that this restored Nov 11 version appears free from copyvio. Voceditenore (talk) 16:52, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
